The Western Australian Centre for Health and Ageing (WACHA) is not for profit Centre dedicated to improving health in mid life and beyond. Our research focuses on searching for, and finding new treatments, to prevent disease and discovering cures for disabling diseases such as, dementia, depression and frailty.

WACHA acknowledges that its Perth office is situated on Noongar land, and that Noongar people remain the spiritual and cultural custodians of their land, and continue to practise their values, languages, beliefs and knowledge.
WACHA is partnered with the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research and The University of Western Australia and is a hospital based research centre. We collaborate with the Worldwide Universities Network.
TOrCCh is a systematic facilitated change process that focuses on supporting staff teams to achieve changes in practice. Our research shows that when staff feel engaged in the process, they own the change.
