Mr Port joined the Perkins Board in April 2015 and the Linear Clinical Research Board in August 2022. He is a chartered accountant and was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 1997 to 2016. He has 30 years’ experience in financial analysis, company and business valuations, transaction due diligence and mergers and acquisitions and led the PwC Perth Deals team from 2009 to 2016.

Roger is currently the chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Comprehensive Cancer Centre Committee and the Nominations Committee. He is a graduate of Macquarie University and gained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Roger has extensive board experience across a range of sectors and is currently a board member of ASX-listed company Eagle Mountain Mining Limited.
